Install STAGIL Agile Board Extensions for JIRA

To install STAGIL Agile Board Extensions for JIRA take these steps:

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
  2. Click the admin drop-down and choose Add-Ons.
  3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page and enter STAGIL Agile Board Extensions for JIRA into the search field.
  4. Click Try free to begin a new trial that expires after 30 days or Buy now to purchase a license for STAGIL Agile Board Extensions for JIRA. You're prompted to log into my.Atlassian. Notification Assistant begins to download.
  5. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to my.Atlassian.
  6. Click Apply license.
    If you're using an older version of Atlassian's Universal Plugin Manager (UPM), you can copy and paste the license into your JIRA instance.
  7. The STAGIL Agile Board Extensions for JIRA add-on is now displayed under Manage Add-Ons.

Set up general configurations

  1. Click the admin drop-down and choose Add-Ons.
  2. Click Manage Add-Ons and search for STAGIL Agile Board Extensions for JIRA.
  3. Click on the Add-On and choose Configure.


The configuration window offers the selection, which fields should be displayed in the detail view, if the Sidebar should be disabled or enabled, If the "Zoom Bar" should be shown and if "fully colored cards" should be enabled.

 

Seeing the issue view on a Scrum Board

  1. Open a Scrum board and navigate to the Backlog.
  2. Move the curser to the issue you would like a detail view to be shown.
  3. Pressing the keyboard shortcut "v" opens the detail view of the issue with the predefined selected fields.

  1. Open a Kanban board.
  2. Move the curser to the issue you would like a detail view to be shown.
  3. Pressing the keyboard shortcut "v" opens the detail view of the issue with the predefined selected fields.
