3. Removed "Status" column For create and link buttons config page.

4. Button "Create template" and 3 dot button to each card on Issue Templates page.

5. Added new "Edit Template" dialogue for Issue Templates.

Improvements:

1. Removed the "Configure Templates" page and option under the user's profile dropdown.

2. Removed separate template configure fields page and add the Configure Fields dialog instead.
