Click the Cog in the top navigation menu to open the Administration menu and select Scriptrunner.
Select Behaviours. Now you can view and edit existing behaviours. See Scriptrunner documentation for more tips on creating behaviours.
Next, find your STAGIL custom field in the Add field drop-down.
Select the necessary option: hide or make the field read-only.
Apply the required condition and Save.
