Improvements

• Error will be shown for C&L configuration when copy project is enabled and C&L button project context is not in template project context.

• Added empty state for C&L config screen

• Fixed:: Copy option for "Multi user picker" CF with Multi mode.

• Fixed:: selection project and types (context) when opening template from administration section
