For the configuration of the plugin go to General Configuration. Click on Configuration in the section STAGIL Profiles and Skills.
Profile Tabs
Click on "Manage Sections" to adjust each section that is available or that you have created.
On this page, you can define new sections, for example a new section "Personal Information":
Confirm with Add.
Now you have the possibility to define the fields in the section and enter some fields with different field types
The example above looks like the following in the profile:
Now the users can add their information in the newly created fields in their own profiles via the edit button.
Configurable Tabs
You can use this function to create new tabs in the profile. These new tabs can have one or two columns.
First, here is an example of a tab with one column. Enter the name of the new tab and confirm with Add.
Click Manage Sections to continue configuring the tab. Enter a name for the section and confirm with Add.
This gives you the possibility to create fields for this section by clicking Configure Section. Again, different types can be selected here.

To edit the created profile fields click on edit at the top right.
To create another tab, go back to the configuration (start) page. To add another coloumn for the profile section set two columns.
The sections can now be set to "Left" or "Right" so that they will get displayed next to each other in the user profile.
With the column number set to two, the profile now looks like this:
Configure Fields
Normal Field Configuration
You can add fields in every section of the profile tab or in a configurable tab. You can choose between following field types:
To specify the options and other information of the field go to Configure Field. For every field you have the option to provide a Description for the user. Also you can choose, if this field should be Indexed, which means the field will then be available in the search option. You also have the option whether the field should be visible in the profile when it is empty. Check Show if empty. The option Hidden can be checked if this field should only be seen by the administrator group. To fill the field automatically from LDAP, please enter the LDAP property name in Ldap property.
Special Field Configuration
For some field types special configuration options are available - for radio, checkbox and the single-select and multi-select drop-down menu you can add the available options on the right side in the Configure field view. You can edit, delete or rearrange them.
For the field type Organization Chart these are your options:
Manager: you have to select a field, which you have created before, with the field type User. This is the base of the chart and represents the hierarchy.
Level of Parents: you can choose how many levels above the selected user profile will be shown.
Level of Parents Children: gives you the possibility to select the number of levels of children in the chart for the parents layer.
Level of Children: defines the number of levels for the children below the selected user.
Show Fields: you can select the information for the user chart which will be presented. See also Fields Set Configuration.
