To access a list of created Issue Templates:
1. Go to a Jira profile icon menu in the top right.
2. Select Issue Templates.
An opened page displays all the templates the user or instance administrator has access to.
Templates can be searched for by the following filters:
Starred: shows all templates marked as ‘Favourite’ by the current user
Created by me: shows all templates created by the current user
Shared with me: shows all templates the user has been permitted to see via template privacy configuration.
Create & Link: shows all templates with configured Create & Link buttons.
Search by name: shows templates matching the search bar's value.
