Problem

If you are missing templates when attempting to publish or export some Jira project configuration:

Solution

Please import the standard set of templates

Please follow these steps to solve your problem:

  1. Navigate to TWX Config Pub Template Import and click on "Preload / Initialize Templates"

  2. Navigate back to where you came from (clicking the browser's back button twice should do)

  3. All standard templates ought to be available now.
