Copied and moved attachments remain in temporary directory

Problem

All attachments that are copied or moved from Jira to Confluence remain in the <confluence_install>/temp directory (in addition to the correct attachments folder).

Solution

This problem was solved in Confluence version 7.2 (CONFSERVER-41622). Therefore updating to Confluence 7.2 or newer will solve this problem.

If you can't update yet, you can manually or automatically delete all attachment-*.tmp files that are older than a couple of days in the <confluence_install>/temp directory as a temporary workaround.
