For an easy and effortless start, STAGIL Assets offers a collection of project templates. Created projects will have a number of practical asset (issue) types, custom fields and advanced links to one of the existing projects of your choice.

How to create a project from a template?

Go to Apps in top navigation → Assets. Click “Add assets project”, then select a necessary project.
Here are the project templates available:

IT service management CMDB Template

This template will create a number of new asset (issue) types within a new company-managed project. These are the pre-configured asset types: Application, Database, License, Network Device, Notebook, Printer, Server, and Smartphone. Each asset type will have an individual screen scheme configuration.

On creation, a mandatory field Connect IT service management projects needs to be filled. Select one of the existing projects to configure the next set of Advanced Links:

General Asset Management Template
