FIXED An issue where customers could not submit requests in the JSM portal when no advanced links were present on the form.

added support for searching issues by the entire Advanced Link name in JQL (without specifying direction names).
FIXED An issue where the Advanced Links panel became empty when inline editing a Date Picker field.
FIXED A problem where newly created issues could not be added to the Advanced Links panel due to context scope restrictions.
FIXED Users without the Edit Issue permission can now edit links on transition screen, following the default Jira behaviour.
