Advanced Links validation on workflow transition

This guide explains how to configure a workflow validator for the Advanced Links field. The validator ensures that a transition can only be executed when the specified Advanced Links field has a value.

1. Access the workflow editor.

2. Click Add rule, then Validate details.

3. Select Advanced links validator.

4. Add parameters to validator:

   • Choose the transition.

   • Select the Advanced Links field to validate.

   • Enter a custom error message to display if the transition is attempted without meeting the Advanced Links requirement.
