Improvements:

• Fixed an issue where default values assigned to a multi-user picker custom field were impacting the creation of scheduled issues from the template using CRON.

• Fixed a UI glitch, that occurred when creating issues in the multi-issue create screen when jEditor add-on is enabled.

• C&L button is now hidden for users who are not listed as a viewer in the configuration of a related template.
