Missing Issue Templates with global context
In some cases, not all Issue Templates configured in Global Issue Templates are visible in the project sidebar.
Cause
This behavior occurs when one or more templates were created with default values tied to a project that has since been deleted.
When you create an Issue Template, you set project-specific default values.
If the associated project or issue type is later deleted, the template itself remains visible in the Global Issue Templates list.
However, since the default values reference a non-existing project/issue type, the template cannot be visible in project navigation.
Additionally, when you check the template details via icon, you will see project and issue type IDs instead of the actual project or issue type names, confirming that these details are unavailable.
Solution
Delete the template if it is no longer needed.
