Cloud Migration

Navigation for Jira does not currently offer automated migration from Data Center to Cloud.

Over the past two years, our migration roadmap has been shaped by Atlassian’s ongoing platform changes, including the shift of Jira navigation to the sidebar and the industry-wide transition to Forge. To ensure long-term stability and compatibility, these areas required prioritisation before introducing additional automation layers.

We will revisit automated migration once the Forge transition is complete and the platform environment is settled. Based on current plans, this review is expected no earlier than Q3 2026.

In the meantime, manual configuration remains the supported approach.
