Checklist
Every STAGIL Table has a special column type - Checklist. It allows you to transform your everyday table into a concise and straightforward to-do list with a progress bar to overview the advancement of tasks completed.
How to turn a table into a checklist?
Since the checklist feature is essentially a part of the STAGIL Table column one must simply access the table column configuration. The checklist is enabled via a toggle switch and is always displayed as the first column in every table.
Permissions
Checklists have an additional level of permissions:
permission to check out a row
permission to edit row after it was marked as checked.
To access the checklist permission configuration, click on the lock icon next to the checklist toggle:
A click on the icon will open the following dialogue, where both checklist permissions can be configured on group and project role levels. If a group or a project role are selected in one of the fields, it means that associated users are prohibited from performing a corresponding action.
Bulk check/uncheck table rows
This feature allows to check/uncheck multiple table rows at once using a bulk action.
When one or more rows are selected, a check/uncheck option becomes available and automatically adapts to the selection:
If any selected rows are unchecked, the action will check them all.
If all selected rows are already checked, it will uncheck them instead.
