Field in Customer Portal
STAGIL Tables & Checklists (STJ) field is fully compatible with Jira Service Management.
Just like any other custom field, the STJ field can be positioned & renamed in the request forms.
In addition, we provide an option to allow customers to edit tables in requests after submission:

To allow editing, an admin needs to enable this permission in the field configuration:
