Avoid Excel documents

Does an issue need further data to be resolved? With STAGIL Tables for Jira, you can easily provide this information within the issue without the need to search, find and open other documents separately. Simply import the needed information or create a new table.

Create sub-tasks

Sometimes there are sub-tasks related to an issue, but for numerous very simple sub-tasks, creating them as Jira sub-tasks would be too much. Instead of writing the task on a piece of paper, in the comments or description you can stay organized and create them within the table and also assign users. You can also use it as a simple task list for repeating tasks. E.g. when creating a task for a technician to prepare a notebook for a new employee:

Example: You have to organize the annual Christmas event for customers in your office. Instead of writing tons of emails, messages, doing phone calls AND keep track of all information, you could create a table like the one in the screenshot.
