Status

The Status column type is a select list that displays options with unique styles. It can be utilized to improve the appearance of both checklists and tables.

The status column displays options as coloured labels instead of just values, unlike our classic select list.

Configuration

Configuring options is similar to setting up a select list. Four colour options are available: grey, blue, green, and red. Each colour can be assigned to multiple options simultaneously.

An automated status change is also available for configuration. When configuring the checklist, the administrator can select a particular status to automatically apply when a row is checked. The status will change only when a checklist item is checked; unchecking a checklist item will not change it.

This option is only visible when the checklist feature is enabled.
