Table Chart Reports

You can visualise your table content using chart reports directly from within the issue view. Supported formats enable teams to quickly identify trends based on the data in your checklist or table columns.

🔍 Accessing the chart reports

Chart reports are available to generate only from the Global Table Navigator:

  1. Open the Table Navigator page

  2. Open themenu in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select View chart reports option from the dropdown.

In Type field select the type of reports you’d like to use.

Table statistics

This chart illustrates the frequency with which each option on a select list was chosen. This feature is available for any table that has a configured select list column, incl. those where options are sourced from an external database.

This action will open a dialogue with a generated report.

The column value column lists select list options used in the table.
If an option is never used, it will not be mentioned in the report.

The count number shows how many times an option was used.

The percentage bar indicates the popularity of a certain option by comparing the number of times an option has been used to the total number of options.

Pie Chart

You can also create a pie chart to visualise how values are distributed across a selected column.

Supported column types:

  • Single User picker

  • Status

  • Select list (single option)

  • Select list (multiple options)

Users can also check table statistics using dashboard gadgets.
