Column statistics

It is possible to generate a report on how often each option on a select list was chosen. This feature is available for any table that has a configured select list column, incl. those where options are sourced from an external database.

To access the feature, users need to click on the (…) menu in the Table Navigator and select the View table statistics option.

This action will open a dialogue with a generated report.

Open

The column value column lists select list options used in the table.
^{If an option is never used, it will not be mentioned in the report.}

The count number shows how many times an option was used.

The percentage bar indicates the popularity of a certain option by comparing the number of times an option has been used to the total number of options.
