Import & Export of Tables configuration between Cloud instances

For migrations between cloud sites or for transferring configuration from test instances to production we provide an option to migrate only the Table configuration.

This feature allows to export the configuration by downloading it as a JSON file. The file can then be uploaded to another cloud instance.

To export a JSON with tables configuration go to Apps → Tables configuration. Click on the three-dots icon (see screenshot below) to open the Actions menu. Select ‘Export configuration’.

Select the ‘Import configuration’ option in the same menu to upload the links.

In the Import dialogue drop-down, select:

• Add configurations only to create new Table fields and configurations, OR

• Overwrite existing configurations to apply changes to already existing configurations.

Select Choose file to upload a JSON file → Import.
