Reporting with Attributes

Reporting with Attributes

You can include custom attributes in your Timetracker reports to filter, display, or group worklogs more precisely.

Using Attributes as Filters

In the Reports section, open More filters → Timetracker fields to access all existing custom worklog attributes that are of the following types:

  • Dropdown

  • Toggle / Checkbox

These attributes are listed dynamically based on the fields currently available in your configuration.

Filter behavior by field type:

  • Toggle / Checkbox
    Select from:

    • All (default)

    • Yes

    • No

  • Dropdown

    • Select one or more values from the options.

    • You can also choose Without value to include worklogs where the attribute is missing or not set.

Note that both Active and Archived attributes are selectable for filtering the report.

Adding Attributes as Columns

On the Details and Timesheet reports, under the Columns → Timetracker fields section, you can add any existing custom worklog attributes.
Once added, their values will appear in the report alongside standard fields.
