Introducing Worklog Attributes – Add More Context to Your Logged Time
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature in Timetracker: Worklog Attributes.
Attributes let you go beyond basic time tracking by adding custom fields to your worklogs. With them, you can capture the extra details that matter most to your team — whether it’s a Client name, Engagement type, Travel distance, or Overtime reason.
Now, when logging or editing work, users can fill out these additional fields to provide richer context.
Managers can also include these attributes in Reports, Group by, and Filter options — making analysis and reporting more powerful and precise than ever.
🔍 What you can do with Attributes
Create and manage custom fields such as Dropdowns, Checkboxes, Numbers, or Text inputs.
Capture specific business details like billable hours, travel distance or customers.
Filter, group, or display custom fields directly in Timesheet and Details reports.
Rearrange attributes on the manager page. Their order will automatically apply to Log Work and Edit Work screens.
