Reporting with Teams

Reporting with Teams

You can include custom teams in your Timetracker reports to filter, display, or group worklogs more precisely.

Important
The Team feature is implemented in the same way as Tags and Attributes: it is stored directly on the worklog.
This design ensures accurate historical reporting, so that each worklog always reflects the team membership under which the work was originally recorded.
As a result, when filtering reports by a specific team, only those worklogs will appear that were logged while the user was a member of that team.

Using Teams as Filters

In the Reports section, open More filters → Timetracker fields to access all existing teams.

  • One or multiple teams: In this case, the report will show only worklogs that were created while the user was a member of the selected team(s).

  • “Without team”: If only this option is selected, the report will display worklogs that were logged without any team.

  • “Without team” plus one or more teams selected: In this case, the report will include worklogs that were logged while the user was a member of the selected team(s), along with any worklogs that were created without a team.

Note that both Active and Archived teams are selectable for filtering the report.

Adding Teams as Columns

On the Details and Timesheet reports, under the Columns → Timetracker fields section, you can add any existing teams.
Once added, their values will appear in the report alongside standard fields.

Group by Teams on Timesheet Report

In Timesheet reports under Group by → Timetracker fields, you can also group your data by teams.
