Our search feature is designed to provide a more efficient and targeted content experience for users. It allows you to search and filter pages based on a number of page attributes. Search results are displayed as a table for a more convenient overview:

The search table can be accessed with a click on a search icon via the Apps tab in the top navigation:

OR

a link to the search page can be found in a space sidebar under Apps:

In the search table, users can filter the content via the following page attributes:

  • space

  • created

  • updated

  • type (blogpost, page, attachments)

  • labels

…as well as custom fields from a synced Jira:

  • status

  • assignee, single-user picker, multi-user picker

  • due date, date picker

  • description, single-line text, multi-line text
