Issue Navigation settings allow customizing of the panels display in the issue view . You can configure, if a panel should be visible, hidden or closed. Also you can enable the “Wide Form” option, which will increase the width of the create screen.

Select project and issue type
Here you can select project categories, projects and issue types, where you want to edit the panels. After that you can select user groups, which should be affected from the settings. Only selected user groups will have a different issue view.
Manage the panel options
You can select any attribute of an issue and assign it to the following options:

Opened Panels: If you open an issue, the selected panels are open (depends on the configured user group permissions in section 1)
Closed Panels: You have to click on the panel to show the content behind the attribute.
Hidden Panels: The attributes are hidden, if a user opens the issue.

How to create a configuration?
To create an Issue Navigation configuration:
Go to Manage App in your Jira instance.
Find STAGIL Navigation and select the Issue Navigation option.
Select Add configuration.
Select at least one value (for project category, project or issue type) to set a configuration context.
Save.

If two configurations have overlapping contexts, the senior configuration will be the one listed first on the configuration page. You can easily change the seniority of configurations by dragging and dropping them in the desired order. |
Jira Issue “More” Button
The “More” button has 13 default system op
tions. You can complement its functionality by adding a customised selection of your own. Every newly added option will appear right under the Jira system ones. They can further be arranged with a drag & drop action.
Panel configuration
Panels tab restrictions allow configuring an issue view screen with certain panels opened, closed or hidden for selected user groups. Using multi-select choose the panels for display layout. Select one or few user groups. Please note that panel configurations are applied only for the users within the defined user groups.
