Table Navigator is a separate page in Jira where users can pull and merge all tables of a specific configuration and then view and interact with them as with if they were one unified table.

Any user can access the Navigator page via the Apps tab in the top navigation:

In software or service projects, users can access the navigator page with a Tables button in the project’s sidebar. When a table is opened in this way it will have a pre-filled JQL query - project = {currentproject}
