Provided REST APIs to create (add), get (read), delete (remove) relations.
Implemented displaying the name of the relation on mouseover for the issue and search graph and improved UI forgraph styles.

Bugfix: QR code field displayed twice when it has two contexts - Global context and context with project.
Bugfix: Placeholders {reporter} and {assignee} in Lookup fields was not working.
UI improvements in table and list styles assets.
Hides 'link' icon for relations CFs, when user hasn't permissions to link/edit issue.
UI improvement:: hidden link type column and field to create relations based on default links for relation creation.
Implemented restrictions to edit and update relations CFs when user is not in JSM group.
Bugfix: Single User Picker was not displaying on relation and lookup fields.
