The Issue Template Configurationconfiguration page displays all the templates a user has created or has been granted access to. Each template has a 3-dot (…) action menu with options to edit, clone and delete.

Template collection aka The template collection, also known as the ‘Template Selector’ dialogue, can also be accessed via a 3 dot (…) button adjacent to Jira’s default Create button.
To open the Template Selector, click on the (…) button OR use a ‘g+t’ keyboard shortcut.
