Overview
To We offer several project templates to provide a quick start and to also get familiar with STAGIL Assets - Advanced Links for Jira, we offer several 1-Click setups, which are basically predefined . A setup effortlessly generates pre-configured projects with all necessary configurations of issue types, workflows, screens and relationsAdvanced Links. All 1-Click setups are filled templates are created with sample data to demonstrate possible use cases.
To install a 1-Click setup go to Add-ons → Stagil Assets and CRM → 1-Click setup and click on your preferred setup. You can choose between two options: If you want to create a predefined project, choose one of the setups who fits your use case, for example CMDB, CRM or HR. If you want to create predefined issue types without a project, click on Generate Icon Library.
To view the selection of sample projects, go to Assets in the top navigation → Search for assets. This action will open the page as pictured below. Find an option to ‘Add assets project’ in the left sidebar, and click to see the list of available templates.

Icon Library
You can create predefined issue types with nice icons to manage your assets. The following issue types will be created automatically:

Be aware that all listed issue types will be created. In case you only need a few of them, you should create them manually.
