To access a list of created Issue Templates:
1. Go to a Jira profile icon menu in the top right.
2. Select Issue Templates.
An opened page displays all the templates the user or instance administrator has access to.
Browsing and filtering
Templates can be searched for by the following filters:
Starred: shows all templates marked as ‘Favourite’ by current user
Created by me: shows all templates created by current user
Shared with me: shows all templates user has been given permission to see via template privacy configuration.
Create & Link: shows all templates with confriured Create & Link buttons.
Search by name: shows templates that match the value in the search bar.
