Our search feature is designed to provide a more efficient and targeted content experience for users. It allows you to search and filter pages based on a number of page attributes. Search results are displayed as a table for a more convenient overview:
The search table can be accessed with a click on a search icon via the Apps tab in the top navigation:

In the search table, users can filter the content via custom fields from a synced Jira:
status
assignee, single-user picker, multi-user picker
due date, date picker
description, single-line text, multi-line text

Sorting is available for all columns that represent issue fields. To sort the values, simply hover over the column header and click on the arrow that appears.
Search results can be shared with other users. A URL link will be copied to the clipboard with the click of a dedicated button:
