This macro allows you to create an organizational chart in an easy way.
Example chart
Macro settings
To display this on your Confluence page, insert the STAGIL Organization Chart macro
You can filter values of selected profile fields so that only a specific type of user will be displayed in the organization chart.
Fill in following information:
The Username which should appear on the top of the chart
The User Type Field is the relation between the users. This field has to be configured firsts and the field type must be User
The Custom Field Set is the set that you want to display in the chart for every user in the chart
The Maximum Level of children you want to display below your chosen user from point 1
In the edit mode the macro looks like this:
Display names and avatar
The selected user in the macro will be highlighted. In this example Marina Bomme was selected.
Set hierarchy
The selected field controls the order and hierarchy of the filtered users. Each user needs to select a user for this field in their profile, so that the macro can display a relation between the users.
In this example the custom profile field used is "supervisor". Marina Bomme selected Max Mustermann as "supervisor" and Stefan Richard selected Marina Bomme as "supervisor".
Display with Custom Fields
Custom Field Sets can also be included in the Compact Organization Chart to display more information about the users.
If a Custom Field Set is configured and selected in the macro the fields of each user will be shown.
