Created the admin page that shows index progress.

Fixed issue removal of links does not update the list of incoming links.
Fixed issue links can not be added if the texd displayed is renamed.
Added info in macros info "Waiting for incoming links to be indexed" if index is not completed.
Added option to define indexing user.
