Configuration

To start configuration for the field follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Custom Fields" page in your Jira instance by going to "Settings → Issues → Custom Fields".

2. Find your custom Traffic Light field in the list of custom fields and click on the three-dot menu to the right of the field.

3. Select "Configure contexts" from the dropdown menu.

On the configuration page select ‘Edit options’.

By default 3 options are configured upon installation: red, yellow and green.

The field can have more than 3 options. To create a new option click the ‘Add option’ button in the top right corner of the screen.

Each option has three attributes that need to be configured:

• Name

• Position

• Color
