Before you configure your first Advanced Link, do select which of the following options is suited better for your use case:
Advanced Link with one relation field: If you want to connect content one way, for example to create a customizable select list or to show information within an issue, you would create this type of relation. The linked information will be available on one side, but not on the other.
Advanced link with two relation fields: If you want to link content from both sides, you would create this type of relation. In this case you have the information available on both sides. For example: You link a contact with an organization. If you are opening the contact issue, you can see, to which organization he/she belongs. Vice versa: If you open the organization issue, you see all related contacts.
