You can transfer your Advanced Link configuration from an onPrem instance via export-import of one as JSON file.
First, go to the Advanced Link navigation page on the server. Select ⚙ Tools → Export Configuration. Select one or few Advanced Links for export and download the file.

When on Cloud go to Apps → Advanced Links → ⚙ Tools → Import Configuration.

For migrations between cloud sites or for transferring configuration from test instances to production we provide an option to migrate only the Advanced Links configuration.
This feature allows to export the configuration by downloading it as a JSON file. The file can then be uploaded to another cloud instance.
To export a JSON with the links configuration go to Apps → Advanced links. Click on the three-dots icon (see screenshot below) to open the Actions menu. Select ‘Export configuration’

Select the ‘Import configuration’ option in the same menu to upload the links.
