Select ⚙️ → Issues.
Under FIELDS, select Custom fields.
Click Click the Create custom field. Make sure to select All to find the Issue Picker field.
Find the Issue Picker field and click Next.
Add a Name for your field and an optional Description → Next.
Add the new custom field to one or multiple screens by ticking the corresponding box and clicking Update.
