Create an Issue Picker custom field

Select → Issues.
Under FIELDS, select Custom fields.
Click the Create custom field. Make sure to select All to find the Issue Picker field.
Find the Issue Picker field and click Next.
Add a Name for your field and an optional Description → Next.
Add the new custom field to one or multiple screens by ticking the corresponding box and clicking Update.

Please be aware that user access restrictions may apply if the instance does not have a JSM product installed. This is due to a known Atlassian constraint. Our team is constantly monitoring the updates on the matter and hopes to deliver the full app experience shortly
