Create an Issue Picker custom field
Select ⚙️ → Issues.
Under FIELDS, select Custom fields.
Click the Create custom field. Make sure to select All to find the Issue Picker field.
Find the Issue Picker field and click Next.
Add a Name for your field and an optional Description → Next.
Add the new custom field to one or multiple screens by ticking the corresponding box and clicking Update.
