Selectable Issues: issue types that can be selected in the field. Insert valid JQL to specify the scope more.
Searching User: user on whose behalf a JQL query from above is run. The same user’s permissions extend further on browsing issues in the field’s dropdown or linking issues.
Maximum Selection: maximum number of issues that can be selected in the Advanced Link field in a single issue view.
Add new: select a project and an issue type to allow the creation of a new linked issue in this context directly from the drop-down.
Out-of-Scope Strategy: strategy on selected issues that no longer fit the defined JQL.
