Project elements configuration

Once the application is installed, it will be accessible to all users across the instance, including all projects and issues. Users will be able to view the Issue Maps buttons on the issue and project levels. However, if you wish to limit the app's appearance to specific projects or issues, you can do so by using the Project elements configuration.

To start the configuration process, navigate to Manage appsSTAGIL Issue Maps Project elements. On the configuration page, administrators will notice that a default configuration has already been created and includes all projects and issues. This indicates the all global presence of Issue Maps buttons across the current instance.

If you wish to create a more customized configuration, start by selecting the context in the fields ‘Project category’, ‘Project’ and ‘Issue Type’, and then click ‘Add’.

  • Project Sidebar Icon - show/hide the ‘Project Graph’ button from the project sidebar.

Quick Filters

The Quick Filter feature enables users to save frequently used JQL queries as a filter for quick access.

To start the configuration process, navigate to Manage appsSTAGIL Issue Maps Quick filters.

Click the ‘Add Quick Filter’ button to create a custom JQL filter. As soon as the filters are saved it will show up in the quick filter menu in graph view.
