Any user can see how many pages reference any given Confluence page with the Incoming Links app. There are two simple way to check this:
See links in the page header:
Look for the Incoming Links indicator near the top of your page.
The counter shows how many pages reference the one you’re viewing (e.g., “8 links”).
Click the indicator to open a pop-up listing those pages, with direct links so you can jump straight to related content.
Why use it?
If you just want a quick overview or need to trace connections on the fly, this inline view keeps things simple.
