Checking Incoming Links on Confluence Pages

Any user can see how many pages reference any given Confluence page with our Incoming Links app. There are two simple way to check this:

Incoming Links macro

Insert it anywhere on your page, and it will compile a list of all pages linking back. The macro offers additional control over what shows up, letting you refine which links are displayed and how they’re organized.

Pop-up Panel

If you just want a quick overview or need to trace connections on the fly, check out an inline link view in the page header.

  • Find an Incoming Links indicator near the top of your page:

  • The counter shows how many pages reference the one you’re viewing (e.g., “8 links”).

  • Click the indicator to open a pop-up listing those pages, with direct links so you can jump straight to related content.
