Checking Incoming Links on Confluence Pages
Any user can see how many pages reference any given Confluence page with our Incoming Links app. There are two simple ways to check this:
Incoming Links macro
Insert it anywhere on your page, and it will compile a list of all pages linking back. The macro offers additional control over what shows up, letting you refine which links are displayed and how they’re organized.
Pop-up Panel
If you just want a quick overview or need to trace connections on the fly, check out an inline link view in the page header.
The counter shows how many pages reference the one you’re viewing (e.g., “8 links”).
Clicking the indicator opens a pop-up panel, now with three tabs: Links, Spaces, and Labels.
Links tab shows a simple list of all incoming pages.
Spaces tab groups the same links by space.
Labels tab lets you browse the links by associated labels.
Users will see only links from pages that they have permission to see.
