To search relation Advanced Links fields via JQL it is necessary to index them. In the app administration you can find the menu “Relations Indexing”:

Click on Index Relations. Relations that will be added after the first index do not require additional indexing.

Select Reindex in Advanced Link Actions menu to have it available for the search.
