STAGIL Incoming Links also provides a centralized view of all links pointing outside a single Confluence space.
This page is accessible under Space Tools > Content tools > Outgoing Links.
The page contains a list of all links within all pages of the current space. In the ‘Occurrence’ column, users can see numbers that indicate how many times the link was mentioned and on how many pages.
If the page shows no results, the space needs to be scanned for links to update the view.
Links can be filtered by text search as well.
Looped links, i.e. when a page contains a link referencing itself in its content, are not included in the occurrences count.
Users can also bulk edit multiple occurrences of a specific link. Editing is available by clicking a pencil icon on the right end of the link listing. A new link needs to be provided and saved. After that, the old link will be automatically updated on all pages.
