Link Status Check

Our app can help you identify outdated or broken internal links by showing the content state of each link listed on the Outgoing Links page.

This makes it easier to spot links that lead to archived, deleted, or missing pages, so you can take action and keep your content accurate.

Where can I see the content state?

Go to Space settings → Manage content → Outgoing Links

In addition to the existing link list, you can see a Content state column. This column shows the current status of the content to which the link points.

What content states are supported?

Each link displays a lozenge showing the current state of the target content.

Here are the possible values:

Active - displayed if the link is valid and up to date

Archived - displayed if the page was archived

Inactive- displayed if the page is deleted, missing, or otherwise unavailable
