Macro configuration
To start the configuration, open the page in Edit mode.
Next, go to the Incoming Links macro and hover over the Incoming Links macro for the Edit icon. Click on the pencil icon to see the configuration sidebar on the right.
Show space names
The ‘Show space name’ feature allows showing the name of the space in which an incoming link page resides. The space name will be displayed in front of the page name.
To enable the feature, mark the checkbox ‘Show space name’ in the configuration sidebar.
Link numeration
The ‘Show row count’ option allows adding a number to each link row in the macro.
Marco height
You can customize the height of our macros to fit your page view preferences. The number of rows displayed determines the macro height, and you can choose from various options such as 5, 10, 25, or 50 rows. Moreover, we offer an option to display all rows, providing a more comprehensive overview of the links shown.
Ordering
Users can order the links alphabetically, by created date, or by modified date (page edit). They can also select the ordering direction, either descending (desc) or ascending (asc).
Page attributes
Users have the option to incorporate page attributes from linked pages into the macro as well. This can be set in the ‘Attributes’ multi-select list to choose one or more attributes
Supported page attributes:
Owner: The user who created the page.
Space: The Confluence space where the page resides.
Created Date: The date the page was originally created.
Updated Date: The date the page was last modified.
