Map display styles

Users can customize their map display preferences through the display style settings menu, which is accessible via the icon.png icon. The menu includes four settings:

  1. Map Type:

  • Network: Displays a central issue with all linked issues branching off.

  • Hierarchy: Organises issues into structures based on issue link types and their direction (outward → inward). Learn more here Hierarchy map visualisation.

  1. Display Issue Fields: Use options Key, Summary, or Status to customize the issue node display and show any combination of these fields

  2. Issues Without Links: When enabled, includes standalone issues without links, displayed as individual nodes.

  3. Issues Outside Search: Can show issues that are not in the scope of the current JQL query but are still linked to the issues that are in scope, allowing broader visibility without adjusting the query.
