STAGIL KPI Gadget

The STAGIL KPI gadget lets you set up KPIs for your issues and display them in a neat summary on your dashboard. (You need to be able to write Groovy script to calculate the KPIs.)

For more information about the Groovy language, check out the documentation on the Groovy website.

To get started, create a new STAGIL Reports KPI custom field:

Put the custom field on all screens of the issue types and projects where you want to measure this KPI. For every KPI you can create a dedicated KPI custom field.

Configure the custom field based on the metrics you want to measure. This is where your Groovy skills come into place:

You can see that we have already built in two variables that you can use in your script. Select your desired format and save the configuration.

The field is not visible on the screens. It runs in the background to execute the script and to let you access it from the dashboard gadget.

In the gadget you can select the KPI custom field(s) that you want to appear in the gadget and narrow down on the set of issues that you want to focus on with a JQL query:
